Acceptance of Terms

  • By placing an order, all users agree to our terms and conditions of our service as listed below.

Service Description

  • Mama-Lu provides a platform for ordering and delivering custom items to college students in Rexburg, Idaho.

  • Limitations: Request for delivery outside of campus must be arranged with Lucia directly via phone or email. Mama-Lu reserves the right to decline special order or cookie requests.

Ordering and Payment Terms

  • Customers must place an order on the website, provide payment upon ordering, and supply required information in order for request to be honored.

  • Prices are subject to change, customers will be notified of the final price before the transaction is completed.

  • Payment Terms: Mama-Lu processes payments through Square payments.

Delivery Terms

  • Deliveries are only available in Rexburg, Idaho. Every reasonable attempt will be made to deliver in the requested delivery window.

  • If a recipient is unavailable, attempts will be made to reschedule directly with recipient. If reschedule fails, Mama-Lu will reach out to sender after second failed delivery window.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, etc.) and that customers will be informed promptly.

  • Delivery confirmation photos will be contingent upon recipient permission to photograph.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Order Changes: Because products are handmade and customized to each order, changes and cancellations are not available once the delivery window has commenced.

  • Refunds: There are no refunds for custom items once prepared.

  • Replacements: If applicable, damaged or incorrect items will be replaced in the next delivery window.

Customization and Special Requests

  • Limitations on Custom Orders: Requests are approved at Mama'-Lu’s discretion.

  • Approval Process: Mama-Lu requires approval and pre-payment for special requests. The base fee for special requests is $15 plus cost of goods. Customer will not be charged until Mama-Lu approves request and Customer accepts invoice.

Liability Limitations

  • Service Limits: Mention that Mama-Lu is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, such as incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

  • Product Quality: Mama-Lu is not liable for third-party products, if applicable, or quality issues outside of control.

  • Damage/Loss: Liability is limited to the value of the ordered items.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated via this webpage and take effect upon publication.
